La jornada incluir\u00e1 la comunicaci\u00f3n \u201cLiturgia y gastronom\u00eda\u201d, presentada por el obispo <strong>Vicent Ribas<\/strong>, una aproximaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica y simb\u00f3lica al papel de la reposter\u00eda en las celebraciones religiosas.<br><br>\n\nA continuaci\u00f3n, el investigador <strong>Antoni Manonelles<\/strong> ofrecer\u00e1 la charla \u201c<strong>Un mundo de flaones<\/strong>\u201d, un recorrido por las variantes de este dulce en diferentes territorios. La tarde concluir\u00e1 con una degustaci\u00f3n de <strong>flaones ibicencos<\/strong> elaborados por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Panaderos y Pasteleros de Ibiza y Formentera.<br><br>\n\n<strong style=\"color:#ff8000;\">Calabria y Torroella de Montgr\u00ed, protagonistas del s\u00e1bado<\/strong><br>\nEl <strong>s\u00e1bado 11 de abril<\/strong> estar\u00e1 dedicado a dos elaboraciones tradicionales que comparten ra\u00edces con el fla\u00f3. A las 10:30h, <strong>Franca Crudo<\/strong>, representante de la Asociaci\u00f3n Asfalantea, presentar\u00e1 el <strong>Fraguni de Calabria<\/strong> y realizar\u00e1 una demostraci\u00f3n de su proceso artesanal.<br><br>\n\nUna hora m\u00e1s tarde ser\u00e1 el turno de los <strong>flaones de Torroella de Montgr\u00ed<\/strong>, explicados y elaborados en directo por Llu\u00eds Batlle Lloret.
