Local aromatic plants such as <strong>rosemary<\/strong>, <strong>thyme<\/strong>, <strong>mint<\/strong> and <strong>rue<\/strong> will be used to demonstrate the maceration process that gives this beverage its authentic Mediterranean aroma.
