La sesi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 dirigida por <strong>Carlos G\u00f3mez Bellard<\/strong>, profesor de la <strong>Universidad de Valencia<\/strong>, que abordar\u00e1 la relevancia hist\u00f3rica y arqueol\u00f3gica de estos alimentos en el desarrollo de la vida cotidiana en la Ibiza antigua.<br><br>\n\nBajo el t\u00edtulo <strong>\u201c<em>Con pan y vino (y aceite): el final del camino<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>, la actividad combina una conferencia divulgativa con una peque\u00f1a <strong>degustaci\u00f3n<\/strong> vinculada a los productos analizados.<br><br>\n\n<img src=\"\/agendaibiza\/imatges\/2026\/sep2026\/triada-mediterranea-eivissa-2026-voyaibiza-2601.webp\" alt=\"Tr\u00ecada Mediterr\u00e1nea a l\u00b4Eivissa antiga 2026, VI Edici\u00f3: Pa, Oli y Vi\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" style=\"display:block;margin:0 auto 0 0;border-radius:18px;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"><br>\n\nEl objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia cultural que permita comprender c\u00f3mo estos tres pilares alimentarios han acompa\u00f1ado la evoluci\u00f3n social y econ\u00f3mica del Mediterr\u00e1neo a lo largo de los siglos.<br><br>\n\nEl evento est\u00e1 organizado por el <strong>Ajuntament d\u2019Eivissa<\/strong>, la <strong>Conselleria de Cultura i Esports<\/strong> y el <strong>Museo Arqueol\u00f3gico de Ibiza y Formentera<\/strong>.<br><br>\n\nLa entrada es <strong>libre y gratuita<\/strong>, aunque requiere <strong>reserva previa<\/strong> disponible a partir del 14 de septiembre a las 10:00 h a trav\u00e9s de <strong>culturaentradesonline.eivissa.es<\/strong>.<br><br>\n\n<img src=\"\/agendaibiza\/imatges\/2026\/sep2026\/triada-mediterranea-ibiza-2026-voyaibiza-2602.webp\" alt=\"VI Tr\u00edada Mediterr\u00e1nea en la Ibiza antigua 2026: Pan, Aceite y Vino\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" style=\"display:block;margin:0 auto 0 0;border-radius:18px;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"><br>\n\n<strong style=\"color:#ff8000;\">PAN, VINO y ACEITE (<em>Pa, Vi i Oli<\/em>)<\/strong><br>\n<strong>El pan, el vino y el aceite<\/strong> formaron la <strong>base alimentaria de la Ibiza antigua<\/strong>, un tri\u00e1ngulo esencial que defini\u00f3 la vida cotidiana y la econom\u00eda insular durante siglos.<br>\n<strong><a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/483-Pan-Payes-de-Ibiza-Pa-Pages-a-Eivissa.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">Pan (pa)<\/a><\/strong><br>\n<strong><a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/75-Vino-Payes-Vi-Pages.-Vino-de-Ibiza.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">Vino (vi)<\/a><\/strong><br>\n<strong><a href=\"\/blog\/archives\/367-Aceite-de-Oliva-Ibiza.-Oli-doliva-Eivissa.-Aceitunas.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">Aceite (oli)<\/a><\/strong><br><br>\n\nEstos tres productos, presentes en la mayor parte del Mediterr\u00e1neo, tuvieron en Ibiza un papel especialmente significativo gracias a su integraci\u00f3n en la <strong><a href=\"\/agricultura.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">agricultura<\/a><\/strong> local y en los intercambios comerciales con otras comunidades del entorno <strong><a href=\"\/hpunicos.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">p\u00fanico<\/a><\/strong> y <strong><a href=\"\/hromanos.html\" class=\"externo\" target=\"_blank\">romano<\/a><\/strong>.<br><br>\n\nEl <strong>pan<\/strong> era el alimento central, elaborado a partir de cereales cultivados en diferentes zonas de la isla. Su producci\u00f3n marcaba ritmos agr\u00edcolas y aseguraba la subsistencia de la poblaci\u00f3n.<br><br>\n\nEl <strong>aceite<\/strong>, obtenido de olivares que ya exist\u00edan en \u00e9poca antigua, se utilizaba tanto en la cocina como en actividades dom\u00e9sticas y rituales, convirti\u00e9ndose en un recurso de alto valor.<br><br>\n\nEl <strong>vino<\/strong>, documentado en contextos arqueol\u00f3gicos, reflejaba la conexi\u00f3n de Ibiza con rutas comerciales mediterr\u00e1neas y con pr\u00e1cticas sociales vinculadas a la hospitalidad y la celebraci\u00f3n.<br><br>\n\nLa combinaci\u00f3n de estos tres elementos no solo alimentaba, sino que articulaba la <strong>identidad cultural<\/strong> de la isla.
